Future expansions

Through collaborations with partners, Imaging the World (ITW) plans to expand its operations to Kenya. This partnership will see the expansion of the program to Kisumu and Masai Mara. In this regard, teams from Imaging the World Africa (ITWA), Uganda and Imaging the World, USA met with a representative from Kisumu (Mrs. Elizabeth Odur) and conducted site assessments at earmarked health facilities. Health facilities assessed included St. Joseph Nyabondo Hospital, St. Elizabeth Lwak, Disciples of Mercy Health Centre, St. Elizabeth Chiga, in Kisumu. Additionally, site assessments were conducted at Health facilities in Nairobi and Masai Mara. To fast track the program, a Board of Directors has already been put in place with legal processes to have Imaging the World (ITW) registered as an NGO in Kenya underway and initial training tentatively slated for April 2023.
