The Emarti team send scan images for the first time!

Wilter and the Emarti team set up the ITW system to send images for the first time to the ITW PACS. The images are compressed to about the size of a photo and securely sent over the cell network to the ITW cloud-based system. Then they are decompressed and can be viewed by anyone with authority to access the images. This is how the ITW Africa ultrasound trainers/mentors provide the remote supervision of the program and ensure safe care of patients from even the most rural locations!
