Leslie Abimbola, MD, MPH, MDP

Senior Advisor

Abimbola Leslie, MD, MPH, MDP is a Faculty Research Scientist at The Robert Larner College of Medicine at the University of Vermont. She is a Senior Advisor for Imaging the World Africa.

Abimbola is global health practitioner & researcher on domestic and international context. She has over 10 years of prior experience working with the Nigerian Ministry of Health and the National Primary Health Development Agency (NPHCDA) before pursuing a graduate degree at Emory University. She has worked in Nigeria, Uganda, Malawi, Zambia, Kenya, Atlanta, and Vermont on several projects including MNCH, Immunization, etc. and for different funders such Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, NIH, CDC etc.

As a health and climate enthusiast, she is currently undergoing a Health and Climate Change program at Yale University.
