ITW members met with the the Deputy Speaker of Parliament in Uganda, the Honorable Rebecca Kadaga. Ms. Kadaga was born in Kamuli District where ITW will be implementing three sites, and she generously expressed her support for the ITW’s efforts to work towards improving maternal health in Uganda.

The co-founders of ITW, Dr. Brian Garra and Dr. Kristen DeStigter, collaborated on a white paper manuscript generated through the the Rad-Aid conference on November 2nd. This white paper was accepted for publication in The Journal of the American College of Radiology. Check back soon for the article.
